Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Starter & Pro plans — HireSignal is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime SLA. We target >99% monthly uptime but do not offer service credits for downtime.
Enterprise plan — Enterprise customers receive a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment. In the event of a breach, customers are eligible for a pro-rata credit of up to 15% of that month's fees. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident. Scheduled maintenance windows (announced ≥24 h in advance) are excluded from SLA calculations.
Uptime is measured as availability of the /api/analyze endpoint, excluding downtime caused by third-party dependencies (GitHub API, Clerk, Upstash) or force-majeure events.
